WHERE WE ARE
San Donato in Collina is located on Via Provinciale Aretina (SP1), and is accessible from the motorway A1/E35:
The house is located about 1 km away from the motorway and can be easily accessed by car. Before reaching San Donato the motorway leads through a tunnel and further winds through the valley of Valdarno to guarantee a quiet living environment for the village’s inhabitants.
Travelling by car:
From the North:
Please exit the motorway at "Firenze Sud(A1/E35)" and pass Ponte a Ema, Antella and Osteria Nuova in the direction of San Donato in Collina (11 km).
From South:
Exit the motorway at Incisa Valdarno and follow the SP1 in the direction of Florence and San Donato in Collina (12 km).
Directions to Casa Spiano
From North:
The entrance to Casa Spiano is situated on the right-hand side of Via Provinciale Aretina, just beyond the city-limit of San Donato in Collina.
From South:
The entrance to Casa Spiano is situated just before the city-limit of San Donato in Collina on your left-hand side.
Directions to Casa Badiuzza
From North:
About 1km beyond the city-limit of San Donato in Collina, take a left turn to Rignano sull' Arno and follow the road for about 500m. Just after the oleander hedge on the left ends, take a left turn.
From South:
About 1 km after the city-limit of Troghi turn right, following the road to Rignano sull' Arno for about 500m. Just after the oleander hedge on the left ends, take a left turn.

A pick-up from Florence airport or Florence station can be organized for you. Please leave a note with your registration.
