Payment

- 50% prepayment
- Balance on arrival
- 100% refundable until 30 days before date of arrival, 50% refundable until 15 days before date of arrival
- Accepted payments: Bank Transfer; Credit Card (Visa – Master Card)

Reception

- Arrival not earlier than 5 p.m. and departure not later than 10 a.m.
- You will find provisions for your first supper and breakfast.
- At your departure, the cost of the telephone will be charged.
- Dogs are welcome. An additional fee of € 10 per day will be asked.
- End of stay cleaning costs 40 EUR extra per week and house. Payable on check-out.
- If required, we can organize a car with chauffeur to meet you at the airport or at the railway station of Florence.
- Children beds are available.
