Le Rondini is the first floor on the south side of the ancient Badiuzza, surrounded by the olive grove, 1 km from the village of San Donato.
You enter a large and cosy living room, communicating through a wide arch with the spacious kitchen and dining room.
From the living room you reach two bedrooms (one double and one twin) with their bathroom and from the dining room the other twin bedroom with its en suite bathroom.
The traditional outer staircase leads to the courtyard, shaded by an old walnut tree and to a loggia (equipped with electrical plug).
On request, it is possible to use a ping-pong table.

Casa Badiuzza, with a beautiful garden and parking facilities, is situated in the middle of olive plantations and is part of the old “Badia”, 1 km south of San Donato in Collina.

High Season		40 Euros per night and person
Mid Season		35 Euros per night and person.
Low Season		35 Euros per night and person.

During Mid and Low Seasons we accept bookings at pro-rated days.

Our rates include heating and air conditioning.

We accept dogs with an extra charge of 10 Euros per day.
